My Password Manager is no longer working. The recovery advice was completely opaque. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app to bo avail.

I tried to access the Password Manager today and it would not work. The program asked me to  sign in  to the account.  Which I did and a the answer was" The Service is currently unavailable.  Please try again later".

The Trend Micro Password Manager Add-On will NOT install on Windows 10 yet the Trend Micro Max Icon states it IS installed.  but the appropriate Icon does not appear! Consequence: that the Add-On does NOT operate.

My credit card info does not autopopulate since adding TREND. It worked before, I use Edge browser

Password - manager: Parts of the passwords are shown in pale font. It is possible to open an entry, but it is not possible to open the corresponding website. What can I do? I would be happy to get answers in german language! Thanks!

For a week now, all I can coax out of password manager is "Unable to Help with Your Passwords". the advice seems to be uninstall, then reinstall the pwd manager . . . BUT . . . If I do that, do I lose all the current passwords in the non-operatoinal version of password manager?
