VPN causing internet to drop from iPad

Pay Guard will not open and everything is up to date. Have tried everything.

Extension failed to load. I deleted the extensions as instructed but cannot reinstall. I'm left exposed.
I unstalled the extensions as instructed but cannot do the reinstall so I;m left totally exposed. I need help and the ability to speak with a representative at Trend Micro. Please advise

PWM Failing to Load.
I click on the Trend Micro tool bar > Password Manager I get Disallowed Key Characters. I've uninstalled the tool bar as well as PWM. This has been taking place for about 7 or so days. There has been MS updates. Thanks
