Pay Guard

I have been using Edge for a while and Pay Guard was working fine. If I had a web address marked to be opened in pay guard, another instance of Edge would open with a blue outline.  That stopped working and it started opening multiple instances of the same web location. I tried what I could, but that did not help.  I had two chats with Trend.  They finally said I had to use Chrome. I installed Chrome and it appears Pay Guard is not working there either.  How can I get help with this.  I feel vulnerable using my bank account and other on line sites.

Hi @drcsue ,

I would like to verify the exact version of Trend Micro installed on your device.

To check the version installed:

- Click the Trend Micro shortcut on your desktop.

- Look on the top right corner of the main console, click the icon that looks like a person.

- Select the About the software from the options

- Check what is the exact version listed
