Pay Guard will not open and everything is up to date. Have tried everything.

Pay Guard will not open on my shortcuts or when I go onto Trend Micro site. This happened after the latest upgrade. Sent a message to Trend Micro and got no response.

Welcome to the Trend Micro Community.

You can try to check if Pay Guard is properly configured through Main console > Privacy > Configure Pay Guard.

If you can't open your Pay Guard through the shortcut icon, try following these steps:

1. Right click on your Pay Guard shortcut icon, then select "Open File Location"

2. Right click on the Pay Guard executable file and create shortcut.

3. Delete the shortcut file on your desktop.

4. Drag the newly created shortcut file from the Trend Micro folder to your Desktop
