PWM Failing to Load.

I click on the Trend Micro tool bar > Password Manager I get Disallowed Key Characters.

I've uninstalled the tool bar as well as PWM. This has been taking place for about 7 or so days.

There has been MS updates.

Hi @shuggi_e,

The browser you are using may have saved a cookie with unicode characters.

1. Kindly clear the browser cache from the web browser where you see this error message.

2. Restart the affected web browser.

3. Sign in again to your Trend Micro Password Manager.

Thanks for the help, it finally got installed.

One suggestion, instead of having folk delete all cookies, I recommend, just removing the cookie/s causing the problems (single site, through dev tools). Each time I have to go through cookie removal it affects other sites as well.

PWM is working fine now.
