Password Manager (two different accounts on two different machines) stopped working in Firefox

Password Manager stopped working in Firefox on two machines on the same day, so is there a new issue with Firefox? I've been through all the recommended actions, up to and including reinstallation, but no change. Does anyone else have any ideas? (The UK phone help line is currently out of order, too.)

1. Are you getting an error message from the Password Manager?

2. May I know both of your devices' Firefox version?

3. Operating System 

4. Screenshots of the problem if possible
