Can I turn off the Mute Mode is Off notification?
Every time I exit fullscreen, I get a notification saying "Mute Mode is Off". Note that I am a gamer and likes playing in fullscreen, and there are some games that immediately minimize upon Trend Micro giving me the notification/stop being focused on the window and interrupt the game until I dismiss

Pay Guard deletes cart
Whenever I open an online order page in Pay Guard, my cart has been emptied even though the goods I've ordered are still in the cart in the non-Pay Guard page. This defeats the purpose of Pay Guard and means I have to disable Data Theft Protection temporarily so that I can pay in the non-Pay Gu

Multiple pages opening in PayGuard
Does PayGuard have to open a new tab for every action or procedure I make within a single banking session? It never used to. I used to be able to open PayGuard, log into my bank and it would stay on the same tab. Now I get up to 6 or 7 tabs opening up. Very annoying.

Disable or Turn Off Pay Guard
Every time I open Amazon, it opens, and then it re-opens in Pay Guard. It only does this with Amazon. I don't want to use Pay Guard at all. How do I turn it off? At the very lease how can I turn it off or disable it for Amazon only?

Problem deleting a file
I deleted a file from my quick access using secure erase ; however the file name is still there. When I clicked the file name, the contents appear momentarily and disappeared. How do I remove the file name from my quick access completely.

Quick Scan stuck at 'Scanning for potentially incompatible programs...'
A popup window appears at the bottom right screen saying 'Scanning for potentially incompatible programs...' and never disappears. It has two options, pause is not available (greyed out) and stop. Hitting stop does not do anything.It says the quick scan is at 100% if I open the main window

On an Apple device under Settings>VPN, I cannot turn off the VPN when I want. It will continue to turn on when I try to temporarily turn it off. It is annoying an I have to delete the app when I need to use my work's VPN when using my device. Please fix.

Regarding privacy on Facebook, if I choose Friends only will that include groups I belong to?
Out of nowhere this Privacy Scan thing appears and shows my info available to the Public. If I choose Friends, will that include Groups I belong to on Facebook? I certainly want to be able to find new Friends, join new Groups and those people able to see my posts. Thank you.
