Installation error message
On the 2nd computer it will not install. I get the message:
Program Compatibility Assistant
This app can’t run on this device
Trend Micro Security
This app can’t run because it causes security or performance issues on Windows. A new version may be available. Check with your software provider for an updated version that runs on this version of windows.
The computer was new in 2017, it's a HP AIO. Windows 10 21H2 (not an option below).
Please help.

Please try to install the latest version of Trend Micro program. Here's the link:
How to install Trend Micro for Windows bought from Best Buy
You will need to use the serial number that starts with 'TOEF'. In case you encounter any error messages during installation, please take a screenshot and send it here for us to further investigate.

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community.
Can you check the exact version of your Windows? To check, please press the Windows icon and go to Settings. Then, choose System and select About on the left panel.
May I also know what is the Edition and the System type as well?
In the meantime, you may try to install the Trend Micro Security for Edge.
