Upon checking here your subscription is still active until 7/27/2. Please try to follow these steps below to reactivate Trend Micro Mobile Security on your phone:
Open your Trend Micro app
Go to Settings
On Settings, sign out your Trend Micro account.
Go back to Settings then tap "Set up account" to sign in your Trend Micro account.
If it is still the same, go back to settings and check if there's an option "Transfer a subscription to this device". Tap on it and select your current subscription.
