Internet security flawed
Internet security blocks trusted websites repeatedly, even when protection level turned way down and even when temporarily turned off. Also, why can I not get online support from trend micro because I bought the product from Best Buy? Is the product flawed and thereby abandoned by trend micro?

Trend Micro is at about 35% CPU utilization. In the operator interface, I don't see any way to see what it is doing now. Is a scan running, Is a software update running? or what? It has the machine busy, but doing what?

Trend Fails to Update Account After Payment to Geek Squad
We paid for continuing service for our Trend Micro Internet Security account through Geek Squad. We cannot open our Password Manager until Geek Squad processes the transaction to Trend Micro. This is ridiculous. Trend takes no responsibility for this.
