Why am I CONSTANTLY receiving messages that my protection is disabled and that I must restart my computer? This service is UNNACCEPTABLE!

Why am I CONSTANTLY receiving messages that my protection is disabled and that I must restart my computer? Praise? This service is TOTALLY abysmal and UNNACCEPTABLE!
