Welcome to the community @veit.vosshage!I think you are referring to the SIM Lock feature. For the unlock key, you can actually just visit the Lost Device Protection Portal website and sign in to your account. No need for access to your emails, just

Trend Mobile Security disconnecting bluetooth

My Samsung Galaxy S8 is having its bluetooth connection with my Garmin Fenix 5s watch constantly disconnected by Trend Mobile Security App and it is very annoying as I want it to be constantly connected. I can't see anywhere in the settings that allows you to setup what apps it blocks the bluetooth

Make a notifications settings section

Make a notifications settings section, So i can mute the notifications atleast. I was playing a game and the notification minimized my game and got me killed. Absolutely ruined my day.

fraudulent site

A UK site that is not blocked is clearly fraudulent.A quick check of the net reports dozens of people including myself. Usually the product never received. One report of a 35 UK pound cost being charged at 3500 UK pounds.Emails are NEVER replied too. A recorded message constantly ( American accent)

Email erroneously warning about un-activated products

I recently installed Antivirus Plus Security on 5 computers. Installs went as usual. A week later I received an email for each computer saying that the product was not activated. I re-checked -- they are all activated. Ignore the emails? Thanks for the help. Chris Burke
