How to recovered a file that deleted by secure erase?

Hi I have just accidentally deleted a file using secure erase - is there anyway that I can retrieve this file again? Please help!!! A full years worth of work deleted by accident - and gone within seconds!!

hacked email

I lost my total outlook account. I went to open it and all the message were gone.  I believe it was hacked. What is the process to find out if it actually was.  Everything was gone, even my saved files in the outlook program.  Running outlook 13

Renewal

Renewal Attempted renewal 9/14, 9/24/18. Downloaded 9/24 and 9/25/18. It still shows it needs to be rewed after all the times it takes to download! How do I do this or do I need to find another firm for protection?
