Problem Description: You may encounter a blue screen of death (BSoD) and have your computer restart after installing version 11.0 of Trend Micro Titanium if you use Microsoft Visual Studio on a computer running Microsoft Windows 10. Restarting the computer does not solve the problem.

This may happen because the extension name of these files changed from ".txt" to ".cookie" in this version.
