Password Manager

Hi! Can you help me...I am unable to have access to Trend Micro Password. I try to add a new item without success. After i click the icon +... a new web page open but it stays blank. Tks,,,Guy

If, as Trend suggests, I place ALL my passwords under ONE password in Trend, and then later, drop Trend and go with another anti-virus program, will all my passwords go with Trend and I'll not be able to unlock any of them again?

How do I cancel Password Manager?

I cannot delete a Password item in my password list that is a number set of 192.xxx.xxx.xxxx etc. It looks like my Laptop Id. Should this be the case? It keeps coming back?

My original password still work on websites I visit, so how does the master password protect me from having the old ones hacked? Do I need to reset the passwords at each site perhaps?

I now use Kaspersky "Password manager" Does trend Micro have one
