Virus Protection Update
Hi I keep getting a message to say my virus protection is out of date and I need to update Trend Micro Maximum Security. My virus protection should be current to late July. I assume this message is a scam.

Would it be alright to ask for a screenshot of this message that you're referring to?
Meanwhile, I have checked on your Trend Micro account and you have an active Maximum Security subscription which will expire on 08/05/2018. The message you're seeing may be a notification for you to upgrade your program to the latest version, which is not a notification that indicates your subscription's expiry date.
