Till i opened Firefox and o, jee the Firefox extension does not work, Chrome is ok!

And a second o,jee the extension is working in Chrome but if i hover over the sites nothing happens!!!

deinstalling 12.0 manually or leave this job to the 15.0 installer is the same right?

Day One- 15.0 installs automatically, (no 12.0 manually deinstalled).
After the installation, 15.0 search and install 15.0.1172 update.
After that, ASUS GPU Tweak II stalled, CPU Usage by TM services is abnormally increase up to 20%.
Day Two- Deinstalled TM. Clean registry and remnant folder.
Reboot.
Fresh install of 15.0. All is good, ASUS GPU Tweak II is here, CPU usage is normal.
Update to 15.0.1172. ASUS GPU Tweak II death. Does not load.
Added Steam (core software,)and ASUS foders to exceptions.
Defender is still alive.
Another reboot and Defender stop, TM is in command.
Adding ASUS folder in exception solve the issue.
I know that I'm not a Trend Micro representive, but I strongly suggest to manually remove 12.0, use the Remnant utility (or CCleaner) and reboot before to install 15.0.
Again, another reboot after installing 15.0 before to check if all is running good.
