Trend Dies During Scan

Trend Micro Antivirus+ intermittently seems to die during manual full scan and not provide any results (e.g. no pop-up with a green check mark).I can't find any history or logs to verify if Trend died or if the scan completed.How can I view and verify the results of the most recent scan(s)?PC device

adding another device

I have Trend Max which takes up to 6 devices. Wnen I try to add my iphone app I get a message that it is not available in Australia . What is going on? I am steered to the UK site but a search reveals nothing.

The battery time has been affected ever since I've installed Trend Micro. ALso it increases the startup time for every thing on my laptop.

Scheduled Scan is NOT working

It appears as if the Scheduled Scan is NOT working. I've looked for info on the site, bu they just keep pointing to screen savers and hibernation modes. My computer has hibernation turned off. Is Trend saying that since I password my screensaver, it won't run a scheduled scan. HELP.

Green text for safe sites during searches no longer displayed. Why?

When I did a search using Firefox before, such as using Google, then the results that were safe were in green text and the Trend Micro logo was displaced in the upper right. That no longer is happening. Why?

Everything was fine until.....

Find your device not working
