Programmes not working after installation of the Trend Anti Virus
All my games and music/media player are not working. Last night your help team were able to guide me through correcting a similar situation for my MS Office programmes. Please advise what I should do now.

Can you try disabling the Trend Micro program to check if it is the one causing your games and media player to not work?
