i have tried to do a full scan multiple time It always hang or gets stuck @ 41 %, I left it for 12 Hrs.
I have tried to run Full scan many times. The scan stops/Hangs @ 41 % each time. This time I left it run for OVER 12 Hours. I have a HP Pavilion Notebook, DV7, AMD dual core processor,2.20 GHZ and 4GB Ram. I am Using W7 Home Premium SP1 64 bit system. My Version is Trend Micro antivirus , full version, 10.0.1288.MS Scandisk find no problems.

Hi twwski, sorry for the late reply. The scan hangs issue may due to high CPU usage or locked/corrupted file, and we have a help article that addresses this issue. Please give it a try:
Scan does not finish and you cannot turn off Trend Micro Security software
