How do I delete Yahoo! Powered?

I googled how to delete Yahoo! Powered and it said to use your security program. How do I do that?

For your issue, "Yahoo! Powered" is one of commonly called potentially unwanted applications (PUA). It's typically bundled with other freeware, and installed as an option most people do not uncheck during installation. Please refer to the following online solution doc to remove Yahoo! Powered or other PUAs on your computer:

After uninstalling, please reset your browser as Tom mentioned to check if your problem is solved.
