Password Mgr - Sync Fail (Android)

Hello all,

I have the password manager app installed on my Android phone. When i try to sync the password list it tells me the sync failed. Has anyone run into this?

​Hi Steve, sorry for the inconvenience caused.

For your issue, have you changed your Trend Micro Account (MyAccount)  password? If you've changed your MyAccount password while using Password Manager, you will receive a notification that it failed to sync the next time you open the main console. 

Please try to log out of your Password Manager and sign in again using the updated credentials in order to sync.

I had not changed my password but I did sign out and sign in again, on my phone, and now the sync completes successfully.
