I'm sorry to hear about this. I know pop-ups can be annoying at times. Let me help you with this.

Would it be alright to ask for a screenshot of the pop-up itself so that we can check for its specific cause and give you ways on how to get rid of it, if possible.

This is happening to me, too. After I sign in to a website, every time I navigate to a new page within the website the sign-in popup shows up in the top right corner. Here's a  screenshot.
