You will be directed to a webpage where you can manage your email preferences. 6. Follow the instructions on the webpage to unsubscribe from future emails.
Guys, it would be so much easier if you could just fix up the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the emails. I have change email addresses but still get them in the old email. The only way to stop them is to use the link - WHICH DOES NOT WORK.

I am trying to unsubscribe from an old email address that is no longer being used. If I click your link to unsubscribe, that will stop notifications on my current email address. Is it not possible to fix the unsubscribe link in the emails?
I believe that this is related to your other comments about unsubscribing emails from our community. Once an update was provided, this has now been reported and we will keep you posted.
Failure of Unsubscribe link and failure to fix it is yet another confidence-shaking signal of IT instabilities in TM, confirming why I won't be renewing my subscription. Together with the removal of the Vault feature (and the dreadful comms surrounding that) this service no longer inspires the confidence I need for IT security products.

I have tried many times to unsubscribe an email that I no longer use. Nothing happens.
