How to Unsubscribe from Community Notification Email

Stay in the loop and connected with our community notifications! You'll receive updates via marketing messages, newsletters, and social network notifications. Plus, we'll keep you in the know about new comments and replies to your posts, as well as provide updates on topics you're interested in.

Prefer not to receive these notifications? No problem. Here's how to unsubscribe:

Unsubscribing from Community Profile

1. Go to the Trend Micro Community homepage.
2. Click your profile photo, then select Profile Settings from the dropdown menu.
3. Navigate to the Notifications & Preferences tab.
4. Turn off email notifications using the toggle switch. Remember to click Save Notification Preferences after making changes.

Unsubscribing from Community Topics

1. Visit the Trend Micro Community homepage.
2. Scroll down to Pick a Topic and click View all topics.
3. Choose the topic you want to unfollow.
4. Click the Unfollow button.

Unsubscribing from Email

1. Open the email containing the community notification.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
3. Look for the following sections:
      - To unfollow a specific post, click on click here and then the Unfollow button.
      - To unsubscribe from all community notifications, click on Unsubscribe. (Currently, the Unsubscribe option is undergoing maintenance.)
