Trend Micro Toolbar in Mozilla Firefox 57.0

Thank you for letting us know about this issue that you have encountered. Apologies for the inconvenience.

An update has been recently deployed to fix issues with the Trend Micro Toolbar on Mozilla Firefox. Kindly update the Trend Micro program on your computer manually by clicking on "You have access to the latest protection" and then please enable the Trend Micro toolbar manually on Mozilla Firefox.

I have already done that and the last update was on 11/29/2017 at 3:45pm. Today is 11/29/2017 10:26 pm (NZT) and also the please enable the trend micro toolbar has been ticked and still I don't see any toolbar.

I don't understand what you meant by the toolbar in firefox 32 and 64 are out of DATE!!!

It looks like I may have found a problem. See attachment. My firefox is installed but it isn't showing in The Trend Micro privacy section.

I'm not used to Firefox, I know anyway that 64bit is not supported.
Check at Help - Firefox Information to check if you are using 64 or 32 version. 
If it is 64 you can simply download and replace it with the 32.

In the latest version of Firefox the adon gets disabled and wont work!
In the 64 bit version that never worked!

Ok. So my Windows 10 OS is a 64-bit version. In this version Trend Micro toolbar gets disabled automatically and won't show up in the add-on in firefox nor it will show up Trend Micro settings (the second screenshot i posted). In order for the Trend Micro toolbar to show up I should install the 32bit version of Firefox, right?

Can't Mozilla and Trend Micro work together to solve this issue?

It will not work after the new firefox update not in 32 or 64 bit version!

Just now I have received a program update for Trend Micro Internet Security 2018 and just now the Trend Micro toolbar appeared for Firefox 57.0.1 (64bit) Thanks for the update
