Thank you for posting your concern here. We may need to verify if the Trend Micro program is the one causing the issue by temporarily disabling it. Please do so by following the link below:
Disabling or enabling your Trend Micro Security software
Once disabled, please let me know if you are still experiencing slow Google Chrome.
Also, we have just released an update for Trend Micro Beta. Please manually update by following the steps below:
1. Open Trend Micro main console.
2. Click the Human-like icon on the upper right corner then click About the Software.
