why is my trend micro device security showing up as free version saying i need to upgrade it to use features
it says that my account is running free version of device security but i purchased a card from jb hifi and put the infornmation in when signing up but it is only letting me use free features

Welcome to Trend Micro Community!
To get your Trend Micro up and running on your mobile device, launch your Mobile Security app and log in to your Trend Micro Account.
For Android and iOS:
1. Open Mobile Security application
2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner to open Settings on Android and scroll down to access Settings on iOS.
3. Tap Set Up Account
4. Sign in your Trend Micro Account
