Trend message says software no longer supported by product life cycle limitation. I tried the free update button . No good.

The thing is Trend Micro been supporting it for years , so all of the sudden they get a hair up their butt.

Official support for 7 did end two years ago. Upgrade to 10 you might find that you like it.
