Unable to download Maximum Security

Hi, I have just upgraded to maximum for three comps and two phones. I downloaded no probs on the phone, however trying to DL on windows 8 laptop and it says I'm not connected to the internet...however I am. I uninstalled titanium (which has just expired) and now am at a loss... can anyone offer assistance?

This definitely sounds frustrating! Looks like you've completely un-installed Titanium and the PC is now without protection. Where are you seeing the not connected to internet warning? Were you able to download and start the install? Or you still need to download Maximum Security 2016?

If you can provide some screenshots, that'd help us troubleshoot more quickly.
