Hi,

Is there a release date for Trend Micro Security Lite? I am currently using TM Maximum Security, will my version(product) auto upgrade to it?

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community.

There's no official date yet regarding the launch of Trend Micro Security Lite.

Trend Micro Security Lite is only available for BestBuy product users. If your current Trend Micro Maximum Security is not bought from Best Buy, it will not upgrade to Lite once available.

Many thanks for the clarification. I guess having Maximum Security will be the highest tier of security for home users and will get future product updates automatically :)
