Trend Micro & Mozilla Nightly 64 bit for Win 10

Trend Micro Toolbar is missing in Mozilla Nightly 64 Bit for Windows 10.
Checked the "Add-Ons" and it is not listed at all so I can't enable it.
Nightly is also not listed in the Trend 'Social Network List'.
I also can't get it to use Mozilla Nightly for privacy checks instead of Microsoft Edge.
Is Mozilla Nightly supported at all?

Thanks
Stephen.

Hi Stephen,

Currently the supported browsers are IE, Google Chrome, Firefox.

You may try the resolution on the link I have provided, in any case it does not work it is our Product Limitation.

Hi Thanks cannot enable toolbar it is not in the extensions list. 'Disappeared' when I changed to 64bit Nightly instead of 32 bit Firefox with new 64bit PC
Stephen

Nightly has now sent another message

Trend Micro BEP has been blocked for your protection.

Why was it blocked?

Add-on is causing a high-frequency crash in Firefox

I have at the moment reactivated it as I do not want to leave my browser undefended.
Do you have any suggestions except changing browsers.
(I have always preferred Firefox to explorer or the new Microsoft Edge as I was informed that it was less prone to viruses & hacking)

Hi Stephen,

May I happen to know why you use the 64bit version of Nightly? 64-bit are only useful when a browser requires to load something more than 4GB of RAM.

If your 32-bit firefox is working fine with the Trend Micro extension it would be better to stay on that setting.

If you need to reactive your Trend Micro Tool Bar you may click on the link below.

Thanks,
