Trend Micro Maximum Security is slowing down all web browsers & pages will not load.

On one of of 3 PCs we have Trend Micro Maximum Security is slowing down all web browsers & pages will not load. I am also having this issue with Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox All machines are running Windows 11.  it is not impacting Outlook or Microsoft TEAMS. Have had to revert to Windows Defender to do this post. 

It also stopped Trend Micro Troubleshooting tool responding.

For initial troubleshooting, please try to install the latest version of Maximum Security which is 17.8.

You may get the installer on the link below:

Trend Micro Maximum Security

For isolation and for confirmation if Trend Micro is causing the issue, you may Temporarily disable protection on Windows and check if the issue persists.
