Trend Micro is blocking an installer thousands of people use

NinjaTrader.Install.msi is an installer thousands of futures traders use. When Trend Micro blocks it, I click on Trust this program but Trend Micro closes the installer. This is very annoying. How do I stop the blocking?

Trend Micro blocks the installer as it detects that the installer acts suspiciously or looks like known malware. This could be a false-positive detection, but for us to investigate this further, may we know the following information:

Where did the installer originate?
What blocking message occurred?
Was the installer downloaded from reputable sources?
Is your antivirus up to date?
