Trend Micro doesn't work

I'm having the same issue I had before. The program isn't working at all and hasn't since I tried the last fix which worked one time and then stopped.

I realize I have a mess here and more than likely fixing Trend will probably not fix what happened in the past.

I looked at a few things and took some snapshots but only see 2 of them saved. I do know that I did not move Windows defender into Trend Micro. I know I took a photo of that but I can't find it now. I tried to add the one of the 2 I can find and the window just said loading and nothing ever happened.
