Shipping Scams of the Week | BHL and USPS
We all love shopping online, from gadgets and clothes to home essentials and appliances. Nothing can make our days brighter when we received our parcels. The hassle-free of having it delivered right in front of our doorstep is a major convenience!
This week our Trend Micro Check Team discovered two new parcel shipping scams that we should watch out for!
BHL Shipping Scam
The reason it sounds and looks familiar is that the scammers are faking the DHL company brand — they even use its colors, logo, and web design.

If you follow the phishing link, you will be directed to a fake webpage and it will ask for your personal info and the details of your parcel. (URL: xanthinetruck[.]com)

USPS Shipping Scam
There are also reports of scammers posing as USPS. You will receive an email claiming that a parcel has been blocked.
If you click the links it will take you to a phishing page and ask for your personal information. Here are malicious URLs that scammers use:
- uspsxc[.]com
- usa[.]spsusa[.]top

How to Protect Yourself
- Double-check the sender’s email address. Beware of typos and strange URLs.
- Reach out directly to official websites if you think there are issues with your package.
