Hello,Version used : 12.0.1191 (the last one)How to proceed to notify Trend Micro that these files are not infected files and NOT ransomware ?Rclone: it's a backup software (https://rclone.org/)OpenVPN-Libressl.exe and OpenVPN-OpenSSL.exe that are components used by my VPN.regards,

We have provided 2 options for you to submit a reclassification request.Option 1: You can use the link below to manually make the request.False Detection/Re-Classify RequestsOption 2: If the file size is more than 12 MB, kindly contact us so we can assist you with it.
