Renewing with product key purchased from retailer
Trying to renew my Trend Max Security licence online but I only get options to purchase. I have the licence purchased from retailer. Is there a way to enter the product key or do I have to install the product again like a new user?

Hi hewitt000,
Upon checking you're still using 16.0. I would recommend installing the latest version of the Trend Micro program which is 17.0, then use the new license key.
