Hi, n.nicholson

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community.

May I know what browser are you using? If you are using Chrome, please try to check the extensions installed on the browser. If you are not familiar with it, it's best to remove them:

  1. Open Chrome
  2. At the top right, click the 3 dots >  More tools and then Extensions.

Please check the allowed notification as well.

  1. Open Chrome
  2. At the top right, click the 3 dots > Settings.
  3. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
  4. Click Notifications.

If the issue still persists, kindly take a screenshot of the pop-up message so we can check.

Hope this helps.
