Reinstall Trend Micro
I was advised by Acer help desk to restore the factory settings on my new laptop because of a problem. Now I don't have trend micro on my laptop after installing it several weeks ago. How do I re-install it without having to add it as another 'new device' as it's already listed as a 3rd device in my trend micro account.?

How to install Maximum Security
In case you receive the "Too Many Installations" error, just sign in to your Trend Micro account and choose the same device on the list to re-activate it. You may also refer to this link below: Error: Too Many Installations
