Ransom Shield - cannot select C:drive or folders (it is greyed out) it only allows access to F:drive which contains data only.

Can you please try the steps below:
•OpenWindows Explorer.
•Goto “This PC”.
•Rightclick C: drive and choose Properties.
•Tick“Allow files on this drive to have contents indexed in addition to fileproperties”.
•ClickApply and OK.
Then check if Folder Shield can now access the C: drive.
