Program interface does not open

Hi, I've been using Trend Micro for 10 days, but only now I realized something that I hadn't noticed before, every time I play or watch series in full screen the program (interface) doesn't open when I double-click, I also try to right click over the icon and 'open main console' but nothing happens, I just can't open the interface anymore, restarted the PC, tested it several times and the same thing always happens after playing or watching something in full screen ..

By default, Mute Mode is automatically enabled whenever you run a program in full screen. 

 

To configure this feature, do the following:

 

1. Open the main console of your Trend Micro Security software.

2. Click Device.

3. Click Configure in Mute Mode.

4. Click OK when you see the Introduction page.

5. Untick the Start Automatic Mute Mode while in full-screen mode.

6. Click OK.
