Problem with password manager.

What has happened to Password Manager. Cannot get to the manager to edit. Will just spin trying to get to the website after entering my pass

Please elaborate your concern. As of Secure notes it has no option to edit. Changes can be made by altering or changing the contents of it. Afterwards you need to sync the app.

There is a possibility that the components might have been corrupted. Try to reset the Password manager application thru this instructions: https://helpcenter.trendmicro.com/en-us/article/tmka-18089
