Have you tried logging in to your Outlook account using a different browser to check if you'll still get the pop up message?
Also, you may try to disable the Trend Micro program temporarily so we can isolate the issue. To disable the Trend Micro program, you may click here. Once the Trend Micro program is disabled, kindly check if the issue persists.
