Outstanding Technical Support
I was having a real headache with the latest version of TM refusing to install even after using the suggested Removal Tool. The Tech-support guy 'Jemello Christian Manalean' who I was lucky enough to get hold of by phone, and cannot praise enough, ran diagnostics and tests for over an hour. He finally found the issue which was resolved by the 'SFC' program. Without question, this guy is an ambassador for Trend Micro, if I could award 5-Stars+ I would!
