Norton uninstall??

Hi,

First uninstall Norton .  

you can fro contrl panel remove norton , or norton remover .

then reset computer .

then try install Trend Micro  & register license .

We apologize for the late response and thank you for asking here! 

To permanently remove previously installed Norton programs, do the following:
Step 1: Uninstalling Norton through the Control Panel

1. Press Windows  key + R buttons on your keyboard to open the Run command window, type appwiz.cpl on the open field.
2. Look for Norton on the list and then click Uninstall.
   
3. Wait for the Uninstall window to open and then follow all the prompts.
4. Wait for the program to be uninstalled and then restart your computer.
