About a week ago, all notifications from the forum just stopped. How do I get the notifications back again?

Also just noticed that apparently this is my first post, when it is not. My UID seems to have been reset to zero. What is going on?

Hi lizlogan51,

Apologies for the inconvenience. Would it okay for you to check if the notification on your Trend Micro Community account is enabled?  To check this, you may follow the instructions below.

1. Go to Trend Micro Community and sign in your account. 
2. Kindly go to "View Profile" by clicking your profile pic on the top-right.
3. Click "Email & Notifications" then check if the notifications are enabled.

As for your past conversation,  we'll have to check this first then we'll inform you here.

Hi,

Just checked and the notifications are enabled.

The last notification I received was on October 16th, so something strange has happened between then and now.
