Sorry you're having issues with your camera, webcam, and picture import. Please try the following to verify if the block is caused by Trend Micro Internet Security:
Right-click on the Trend Micro icon at the bottom right of your screen.
Choose "Exit"
A notification will be displayed to indicate that Trend Micro program is turned off.
Try accessing your camera and webcam now and see if they're still being blocked.
