You may also Restart the Trend Micro components via Diagnostic Toolkit: 1. Open the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit. 2. Click the (C) Uninstall tab. 3. Click 5. Stop all Components. 4. Click 2 and 3 Delete Now
5. Wait for 30-60 seconds for the Trend Micro components to stop properly. 6. Click 4. Start all Components
