It is very difficult to log a successful cashback claim.

I have tried to get help from the support team. I am not sure if they are trying to help? Does anyone know the trick. Apparently my bank account number does not fit with what Trend Micro require.

May I ask what the exact error message is that you get when you enter the bank account number? 

Please be reminded that the bank account number's first six digits denote the BSB or Bank ID. 

Example: 

[Australia] 
BSB: 123-456
Account Number: 123456700

[New Zealand] 
Bank ID: 12-3456
Account Number: 123456700
